I still remember the time when we first met

Dressed for the occasion quietly I sat

Me along with my family were waiting for you

As the bells rang, we welcomed you into our lives

Happy were all of us, so we cut cakes

It has been a year since we are together

We had our share of fun and frolic

As well as few moments that were sick

Still I always cherished your presence

Want to be with you for all the seasons

But you thought the other way round

You want to leave me for some strange reasons

I tried hard so that you will be with me forever and ever
